Vermont Brewers Festival

Hosted annually on the scenic waterfront of Waterfront Park in Burlington, Vermont, the Vermont Brewers Festival is a cornerstone of New England’s craft-beer calendar. Now in its 30+ year run, the festival is built by brewers for brewers—featuring dozens of breweries, exclusive collaboration beers, live music, food and local vendors, and panoramic views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks.

Over the past three years, Brothers Molloy Events has provided full-scale, multi-year support for this major event. Our team coordinated pre-event logistics including contractor bookings, attendance at all logistics meetings (virtual), and development of an extensive event work-sheet covering setup, execution, and teardown phases. We also supported sponsorship fundraising and managed sponsorship payments in partnership with the VBA.

During the festival run, our on-site operations span Thursday through Sunday, with four staff members each year dedicated to 42 total hours onsite per person (including setup, activation, and teardown). We oversaw equipment and supply logistics, vendor and food-truck site preparation, activation of festival areas, team supervision, and final site sweep and vehicle unloading after the event.

By providing seamless coordination from initial planning through post-event close-out, Brothers Molloy Events enabled the Vermont Brewers Festival to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain its reputation as one of the craft-beer world’s must-attend events.
