Official Rules: Uncork Me Indiana 2025 Sweepstakes

  1. Eligibility:
    The Uncork Me Indiana Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Uncork Me Indiana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Period:
    The Sweepstakes begins on April 30 and ends at 11:59 PM on May 27, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

  3. Prizes:

    • Grand Prizes (2):
      Each grand prize winner will receive:

      • One (1) YETI Roadie 48 Wheeled Cooler

      • Five (5) pounds of Old Major Market premium bacon

      • Ten (10) vouchers for one (1) bottle of wine to be redeemed at Uncork Me Indiana (subject to availability)

    • Runner-Up Prizes:
      A variety of gift items provided by Lifeboost Coffee and Albanese Candy.

    • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification:
    Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 6, 2025. Winners must be present at Uncork Me Indiana to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via email at the address provided at checkout. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is not present at the event, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

  5. Odds:
    The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  6. Publicity:
    Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

  7. General Conditions:
    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike manner.

  8. Release and Limitations of Liability:
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Uncork Me Indiana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and all other associated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

  9. Disputes:
    Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually in the appropriate courts located in Indiana under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  10. Privacy:
    Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

  11. How to Enter:

  • Ticket Purchase Entry:
    Purchase a ticket to Uncork Me Indiana and submit your unique ticket barcode number via the official entry form by 11:59 PM on May 27, 2025, to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

  • Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
    To enter without purchase, handprint your name, address, phone number, and email on a standard 4” x 6” postcard and mail it (no envelope) to:
