FAQs

    • No one likes waiting in line. Please be prepared to tell wineries what wine you would like to try, and only sample one wine in a go (ie, don’t pound the sample and ask for a different one immediately if there are other attendees waiting behind you.)

    • Chatting with the winery partners is definitely encouraged, however do so in a way that is mindful of anyone waiting for a sample by moving to the side to have your conversation.

    • Hydrate before, during, and after the event.

    • Do not come on an empty stomach, or be prepared to eat something soon upon arriving. This is a marathon, and we want you to make it safely to the finish line.

    • Do not drive after the event if you have been sampling. Use a ride share service, public transportation, or arrange for a dedicated driver.

    • Be kind and courteous to all staff, guests, performers, and vendor partners. We are all here for the love of wine, and we will not hesitate to kick anyone out that is acting inappropriately.

  • Expect a line at the time of gates opening that moves quickly and includes a security check and metal detection. When your ID is checked and your ticket is scanned, we will place a wristband on your…wrist. This is essentially your all access pass to sample to your hearts content, so please do not remove it.

After the ticket scan, you will grab a sampling glass from the table and enter the event space. There will be four tents with 8 wineries in each, all sampling their wine. Feel free to walk up to any open vendors and make your request, or simply let them know what kind of wine you like and let them make a recommendation. Feel free to engage with the wineries, but please be mindful of any guests waiting behind you. Sampling is truly unlimited, but please use good judgement. You may purchase wine bottles directly with the vendors at their booths.

There will be entertainment happening throughout the event, food carts with food for sale, small business vendors selling their goods, Culligasn Ultrapure with a water refill station, medical staff available, and port-o-potties available for restrooms.

  • Tickets will be available for sale throughout the event, however all ticket sales are done online via eventbrite, and there will not be a ticket point of sale at the event.

  • Lawn chairs, blankets, wagons, coolers, ice, water bottles (sealed & refillable), snacks, pretzel necklaces, tote bags, hand-held umbrellas. All items and bags will be checked by security upon entrance.

  • Your ticket (printed or on your phone) and your valid ID.

  • Weapons of any kind, pets, children & underage people, your own alcohol, pop-up tents, stand-alone umbrellas, cigars, cigarettes, vapes, etc. Not an all includisve list, use good judgement

  • Rain or shine, we still wine. Unless there is severe weather, the event will proceed. In the event of severe weather, we will update everyone via socials and emails.

  • Yes! We hope you do! over 85% of guests in 2024 bought at least one bottle of wine. You can purchase the bottles with the vendor and take it with you, or check it into the complimentary wine bottle will call. We only ask that you do not leave the event space with an open container (because, the law).

  • Easy. You try a wine at a winery booth. If you love it, make your bottle purchase directly with the winery. You can choose to take it with you, or have the winery check your bottle into will call - where you can claim it at the end of the event with a designated number. Like a coat check but way more fun! This service is complimentary and all bottles must be claimed by 8:00 PM or they will be forfeited.
