Official Rules:

1. **Eligibility:** The Uncork Me Indiana Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Uncork Me Indiana, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. **Entry Period:** The Sweepstakes begins on May 22 and ends at 11:59 PM on June 5th, 2024 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. **Prizes:**

- **Grand Prize:** One (1) YETI Roadie 48 Wheeled Cooler, and twelve (12) vouchers for one (1) bottle of wine from the vendors at Uncork Me Indiana, subject to availability.

- **Runner-Up Prizes:** Various gifts provided by Lifeboost Coffee and the Indianapolis Indians.

- Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. **Winner Selection and Notification:** Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 6th, 2024. Winners must be present at Uncork Me Indiana to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via email at the address provided at check-out. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, or is not present at the event, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

5. **Odds:** The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. **Publicity:** Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

7. **General Conditions:** The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. **Release and Limitations of Liability:** By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Uncork Me Indiana, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any Entry.

9. **Disputes:** Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Indiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, entrant’s rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Indiana.

10. **Privacy:** Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. **How to Enter:**

• Ticket Purchase Entry: Purchase a ticket to Uncork Me Indiana by 11:59 PM on June 5th, 2024, to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail-in Entry (Free method):  To obtain an entry without making a purchase, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country, telephone number, complete e-mail address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail to: 349 Juniper Street, Brooklyn, WI, 53521
